1. Introduction
Welcome to Fyndit, a community platform operated by PawSignal Tech ("PawSignal Tech", "we", "our" or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fyndit mobile application, website, related software, features, services and any other functionality made available by PawSignal Tech (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading, accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PawSignal Tech governing your use of Fyndit.
Nothing contained in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory legislation grants you rights that cannot be waived or restricted, those rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision contained in these Terms.
Fyndit is a community-driven platform designed to help people share information relating to pets, animals and pet-friendly places through user-generated content. While PawSignal Tech strives to provide a reliable, secure and trustworthy platform, we do not verify every piece of information submitted by users and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of Community Content. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating the information they access through the Service and for making their own decisions based upon that information.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
"Account" means a registered Fyndit user account.
"Atlas AI" means the optional artificial intelligence assistant available within the Service.
"Community Content" means reports, comments, photographs, profile information, messages and any other content submitted by users.
"Content" means all software, text, graphics, images, databases, interfaces, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, audiovisual materials and other materials made available through the Service.
"Fyndit" means the community platform, mobile application, website, software, servers, APIs and related services operated by PawSignal Tech.
"Guardian Network" means the reputation and trust system available within the Service.
"PawSignal Tech", "we", "our" or "us" means the legal operator of Fyndit.
"Privacy Policy" means the separate Privacy Policy governing our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data.
"Service" means Fyndit together with all associated software, services, communications and functionality provided by PawSignal Tech.
"User", "you" or "your" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
"User Content" means any information, photographs, comments, reports, messages or other material submitted or made available by a User through the Service.
Definitions apply equally whether used in the singular or plural.

3. Eligibility
The Service is intended only for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the minimum legal age required in your country of residence or that you have obtained any legally required parental or guardian consent.
If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case references to "you" shall also refer to that entity.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

4. Scope of the Service
Fyndit is a community platform intended to facilitate the sharing of information relating to pets, animals, pet-friendly places, services, events and community reports.
The Service currently enables users to create accounts, publish reports, upload photographs, comment on content, communicate through direct messaging, discover nearby places and events, receive notifications, participate in the Guardian Network and optionally interact with Atlas AI.
Fyndit is not an emergency service, law enforcement agency, veterinary provider, animal rescue organisation or governmental authority. The Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for contacting the appropriate emergency services, veterinary professionals or competent authorities where immediate assistance is required.
Fyndit is also not a GPS tracking application. Any GPS tracking products or related services offered by PawSignal Tech operate independently of Fyndit and are governed by their own applicable terms and policies.
The availability of features may vary by jurisdiction, device, operating system or future updates, and PawSignal Tech reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service in accordance with applicable law.

5. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.
If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must not create an Account, access the Service or continue using Fyndit.
Your continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires your explicit consent.

6. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create a Fyndit Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your Account.
Each Account is personal to the registered user unless expressly authorised by PawSignal Tech. You may not sell, transfer, assign, rent, license or otherwise make your Account available to another person without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your Account, regardless of whether such activities were authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without permission or your credentials have been compromised, you must notify PawSignal Tech immediately and take all reasonable steps to secure your Account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, require additional verification where appropriate, reclaim usernames that infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms, and suspend or terminate Accounts that fail to comply with our policies or applicable law.
Nothing in this section obligates PawSignal Tech to approve every registration request, and we may decline an application where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security or lawful operation of the Service.

7. Your Responsibilities
As a condition of using the Service, you agree to act honestly, responsibly and in a manner that contributes positively to the Fyndit community.
You remain solely responsible for all information, photographs, reports, comments, profile details, messages and any other material that you submit, publish or otherwise make available through the Service. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk and that you are responsible for ensuring that your conduct complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that may interfere with its normal operation, compromise the safety or privacy of other users, damage the reputation of PawSignal Tech or Fyndit, infringe the rights of third parties or expose the Service to legal or regulatory liability.
Where you submit information concerning animals, locations, businesses, events or community reports, you should make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of publication. Community reports should never be intentionally misleading, fabricated or manipulated in a manner that may cause unnecessary panic, confusion or harm.
The Guardian Network is intended to encourage constructive participation within the community. Any reputation indicators, trust levels, badges or similar recognitions are provided solely to reflect activity within the platform and do not constitute endorsements, certifications, guarantees of identity, guarantees of expertise or representations regarding the reliability of any user.

8. Acceptable Use
Fyndit exists to support a safe, respectful and trustworthy community. By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may access and use the Service only as intended through the interfaces and functionality made available by PawSignal Tech. You agree not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to circumvent the technical operation or security of the Service.
Without limiting the generality of these Terms, you agree that you will not use the Service to engage in unlawful activities, facilitate fraudulent conduct, impersonate another individual or organisation, deceive other users, harass or intimidate any person, publish malicious or harmful content, distribute malware or other harmful code, interfere with another user's enjoyment of the Service, exploit the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications, or engage in any activity that may compromise the availability, integrity or security of Fyndit.
The Service must not be used for unlawful surveillance, stalking, coordinated harassment, organised abuse, deceptive marketing practices, misinformation campaigns or any activity intended to manipulate public trust or exploit the community for improper purposes.
Commercial use of the Service, including advertising, promotional campaigns, automated lead generation or other business activities not expressly authorised by PawSignal Tech, is prohibited unless permitted through official platform features or with our prior written approval.

9. Prohibited Conduct
To protect our users, the community and the integrity of the Service, the following conduct is strictly prohibited.
You must not upload, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.
You must not knowingly submit false reports relating to missing pets, stray animals, injured animals, hazards, businesses, locations, events or any other matter available through the Service.
You must not impersonate another person, falsely represent an affiliation with any organisation or intentionally mislead users regarding your identity, authority or qualifications.
You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
You must not attempt to access data, systems, accounts or networks without authorisation, reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law, interfere with security mechanisms, scrape the Service, harvest user information using automated means or deploy bots that negatively affect the operation of the platform.
You must not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behaviour within the Service for personal gain or to the detriment of PawSignal Tech or other users. Where you discover a vulnerability, you agree to report it responsibly and refrain from exploiting or publicly disclosing it until reasonable remediation has occurred.
Violation of this section may result in immediate enforcement action, including the removal of content, suspension of platform features, temporary restriction of your Account or permanent termination of access to the Service where appropriate.

10. User-Generated Content
Fyndit is built upon contributions made by its community. Users may create, upload, publish and share reports, photographs, comments, profile information, messages and other Community Content through the Service.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights that you hold in your original User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original content to PawSignal Tech.
However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions and legal authority to publish that content and to grant the licence described in the following section of these Terms. You further represent that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
PawSignal Tech does not claim ownership of your original User Content. Nevertheless, because the Service depends on hosting, displaying, distributing and processing Community Content, you acknowledge that certain rights must be granted to PawSignal Tech to enable the operation, maintenance, improvement and protection of the Service. Those rights are set out in the following section.

11. Licence Granted to PawSignal Tech
By submitting, uploading, publishing, transmitting or otherwise making User Content available through the Service, you grant PawSignal Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, format, display, publish, distribute, communicate, transmit and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, promoting and providing the Service.
This licence enables PawSignal Tech to display your content to other users, generate thumbnails and previews, optimise content for different devices, back up data, moderate Community Content, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve platform functionality and perform any technical actions reasonably necessary for the operation of the Service.
The licence granted under this section does not transfer ownership of your User Content to PawSignal Tech. Ownership remains with you or the applicable rights holder at all times.
Where you delete User Content or close your Account, PawSignal Tech will cease displaying such content within the normal operation of the Service, subject to reasonable technical limitations, backup retention periods, legal obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention measures or circumstances where continued retention is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or legitimate interests of PawSignal Tech, other users or third parties.
Nothing in this section authorises PawSignal Tech to sell your photographs or original creative works as standalone commercial products without your separate permission.

12. Community Reports and Public Information
Fyndit allows users to submit reports concerning missing pets, stray animals, injured animals, hazards, pet-friendly places, pet services, pet areas, events and other community information.
Community reports are created by users and are not independently verified by PawSignal Tech unless expressly stated otherwise. While we may review reports through automated systems or human moderation, the publication of a report does not constitute verification, endorsement or confirmation of its accuracy.
Users remain solely responsible for the content they submit and should make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate, current and submitted in good faith.
PawSignal Tech reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit formatting, apply warnings, reduce visibility, request clarification, temporarily hide, permanently remove or otherwise moderate Community Content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law or preserve the integrity of the Service.
The availability of a report on the platform should never be interpreted as confirmation that an incident occurred, that an animal remains missing or that any listed business, organisation or location has been reviewed, endorsed or certified by PawSignal Tech.

13. Direct Messaging
The Service enables users to communicate privately through direct messaging functionality.
Users are solely responsible for the content of their communications and agree not to use messaging features for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, threats, spam, impersonation, unsolicited commercial activity or any conduct prohibited under these Terms.
Private messages are intended to facilitate communication between users and should not be used to distribute illegal material, malicious software or content that infringes the rights of others.
PawSignal Tech does not routinely monitor private conversations. However, where permitted by applicable law and reasonably necessary to investigate reports of abuse, comply with legal obligations, protect the safety of users or preserve the security and integrity of the Service, PawSignal Tech may review limited messaging data or information relevant to a reported violation.
Users acknowledge that no online communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure and should exercise appropriate caution when sharing personal information through direct messages.

14. Atlas AI Assistant
Atlas AI is an optional feature designed to assist users by providing general informational responses relating to the functionality of the Service and topics associated with the Fyndit community.
Atlas AI uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses that may not always be complete, accurate, current or suitable for every circumstance. Artificial intelligence systems can produce incorrect, misleading or unexpected outputs.
Atlas AI does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, legal advice, emergency assistance, financial advice or any other regulated professional service. Information generated by Atlas AI should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals or competent authorities.
Any decisions made in reliance upon responses generated by Atlas AI are made entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. PawSignal Tech accepts no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based upon AI-generated responses, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
PawSignal Tech may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue Atlas AI at any time as part of the ongoing development of the Service.

15. Location Services
Certain features of the Service rely upon location information to enable users to discover nearby reports, places, services, events and other relevant community information.
Location services are optional and require your permission through your device's operating system. You may withdraw or modify location permissions at any time through your device settings, although doing so may reduce or disable certain functionality within the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any location information you voluntarily publish through Community Content is appropriate and does not unlawfully disclose another person's private information or place yourself or others at unnecessary risk.
PawSignal Tech cannot guarantee the precision, availability or uninterrupted operation of location-based functionality, as such functionality may depend upon third-party operating systems, hardware, network providers or mapping services outside our control.

16. Guardian Network
The Guardian Network is a community participation and reputation system intended to recognise constructive engagement within Fyndit.
Trust levels, badges, achievements, points, rankings and similar indicators are generated according to criteria determined by PawSignal Tech and may change over time as the platform evolves.
Guardian Network status is provided solely as an indication of participation within the Service. It does not constitute identity verification, professional accreditation, endorsement, certification or a guarantee regarding the honesty, expertise, reliability or conduct of any user.
PawSignal Tech reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, suspend or remove Guardian Network status where reasonably necessary to address abuse, platform manipulation, fraud, policy violations, technical errors or changes to the operation of the reputation system.
Users must not attempt to artificially inflate reputation, manipulate rankings or engage in coordinated activity designed to obtain Guardian Network benefits through deceptive or dishonest means.

17. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its software, architecture, design, visual interface, user experience, databases, source code, object code, algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, branding, text, audiovisual materials, layouts, compilations, documentation and all other elements comprising the Service are owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by PawSignal Tech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, trade secret and other intellectual property laws throughout the world.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or by applicable law, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, licensed, sold, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, translated, adapted, exploited or otherwise used without the prior written consent of PawSignal Tech or the applicable rights holder.
Nothing contained within the Service or these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to PawSignal Tech except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms.
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

18. Trademarks and Brand Assets
The names "PawSignal", "Fyndit", "Atlas", together with all associated logos, graphics, icons, mascots, visual identities, slogans, interface elements, product names and other branding used in connection with the Service are proprietary intellectual property of PawSignal Tech or its licensors.
Users may not copy, imitate, modify, register, incorporate into another brand, use in advertising, create confusingly similar branding or otherwise exploit any PawSignal Tech trademarks, logos or brand assets without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership interest in the PawSignal Tech brand or any associated intellectual property.
Any unauthorised use may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition or other violations of applicable law.

19. Software Licence
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, PawSignal Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Fyndit application solely for your own lawful personal use.
This licence is granted exclusively for accessing the Service in accordance with these Terms and does not constitute a sale of the software or any intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, rent, sublicense, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code or otherwise derive the underlying technology of the Service except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
PawSignal Tech reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

20. User Feedback
We welcome suggestions, ideas, recommendations and feedback regarding improvements to the Service.
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, feature requests, concepts, business ideas or similar materials to PawSignal Tech, you acknowledge that such submissions are made voluntarily and without expectation of compensation, confidentiality or attribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant PawSignal Tech a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, implement, publish, reproduce and otherwise utilise such feedback for any lawful business purpose without further permission or payment.
This section applies only to voluntary feedback and does not affect ownership of your original User Content.

21. Copyright Infringement
PawSignal Tech respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
Users must not upload, publish or otherwise make available any material that infringes copyright, trademarks, database rights or other proprietary rights belonging to third parties.
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice identifying the allegedly infringing material together with sufficient information to enable PawSignal Tech to investigate the claim.
Where appropriate, PawSignal Tech may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while an investigation is conducted. We may also request additional information from the reporting party or the user responsible for the content before reaching a decision.
Knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in the rejection of future notices, suspension of platform privileges or other appropriate action where permitted by law.
PawSignal Tech reserves the right to terminate the Accounts of repeat intellectual property infringers where appropriate.

22. Content Moderation
Maintaining a safe, respectful and trustworthy community is fundamental to the operation of Fyndit.
PawSignal Tech may use a combination of automated systems, artificial intelligence technologies and human moderation to identify, investigate and respond to potential violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law or legitimate safety concerns.
Moderation decisions may include reducing visibility, attaching informational notices, limiting functionality, requesting additional information, removing content, restricting Accounts, temporarily suspending users or permanently terminating access where appropriate.
PawSignal Tech is under no obligation to publish, retain or continue displaying any User Content and reserves the right to remove content where reasonably necessary to protect users, preserve platform integrity, comply with legal obligations or safeguard the rights of PawSignal Tech or third parties.
Moderation decisions are made in good faith based upon the information reasonably available at the time and may subsequently be reviewed or revised if additional information becomes available.

23. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report content or behaviour that they reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law or the safety of the community.
Reports should be submitted honestly, accurately and in good faith.
Knowingly submitting malicious, fraudulent or abusive reports intended to harass another user, suppress legitimate content or manipulate moderation outcomes constitutes a violation of these Terms.
PawSignal Tech may investigate reports using information available through the Service together with any additional information reasonably required to reach an informed decision.
Not every reported item will necessarily result in enforcement action, and the outcome of any investigation remains within the reasonable discretion of PawSignal Tech, subject to applicable law.

24. Appeals
Where PawSignal Tech removes content, restricts an Account or takes other significant enforcement action, affected users may be provided with an opportunity to request a review of the decision where appropriate.
Appeals should include any relevant information supporting the user's position and must be submitted within any applicable timeframe communicated through the Service.
Appeals are reviewed in good faith by considering the available evidence, applicable policies and any additional information provided by the user.
Submitting repetitive, abusive or clearly unfounded appeals may result in future appeals being limited or declined.
Nothing in this section prevents PawSignal Tech from taking immediate action where necessary to comply with applicable law, protect user safety or preserve the integrity of the Service.

25. Account Suspension and Termination
PawSignal Tech reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, our Community Guidelines or where such action is otherwise necessary to protect the safety, security or integrity of the Service or its users.
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, enforcement measures may include warnings, temporary feature restrictions, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, removal of specific content or any combination of these actions.
Where reasonably practicable, PawSignal Tech may provide notice of enforcement action. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security threats, harm to other users or where otherwise required by law.
Termination of an Account does not automatically remove all User Content from the Service. Certain content may remain visible where it forms part of community discussions, ongoing reports, public interactions or where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, security or the protection of legitimate interests.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your Account using the functionality provided within the application, subject to any legal or technical limitations described in these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities that arose before the date of termination.

26. Repeat Violations
PawSignal Tech maintains a policy of taking progressively stronger enforcement action against users who repeatedly violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Repeated violations may include, but are not limited to, repeatedly submitting false reports, harassment of other users, repeated copyright infringement, abuse of messaging features, repeated publication of prohibited content, attempts to manipulate the Guardian Network, repeated circumvention of moderation actions or any pattern of behaviour demonstrating disregard for these Terms.
In determining the appropriate enforcement action, PawSignal Tech may consider the nature, frequency, seriousness and history of previous violations together with any mitigating or aggravating circumstances.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Service without further warning.

27. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, technologies, infrastructure providers, mapping services, cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, operating systems, payment processors, artificial intelligence services or other external platforms that are not owned or controlled by PawSignal Tech.
Your use of such third-party services may be subject to the separate terms, privacy policies and contractual conditions of those providers.
PawSignal Tech does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, security, policies or practices of third-party services except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, recommendation or approval unless expressly stated otherwise.
You acknowledge that interruptions, failures or changes affecting third-party services may impact the availability or functionality of certain features within Fyndit.

28. Apple App Store and Google Play
If you download or access the Service through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded solely between you and PawSignal Tech and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC or their respective affiliates.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the operation of the Service, customer support, maintenance, warranty obligations or claims arising from your use of the application, except as required under their respective platform terms or applicable law.
You agree to comply with all applicable usage rules, licence conditions and platform requirements imposed by the app store through which you obtained the Service.
To the extent required by the Apple App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Apple and Google shall be considered third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the licence granted for the application.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

29. Availability of the Service
PawSignal Tech continually develops and improves the Service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service or any individual feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from delays.
Scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure upgrades, technical failures, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, cybersecurity incidents or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the availability or performance of the Service.
PawSignal Tech may modify, suspend or discontinue features, functionality or parts of the Service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational improvements, legal compliance or business purposes.
While we make reasonable efforts to preserve the continuity of the Service, we are not liable for temporary interruptions except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

30. Beta Features
From time to time, PawSignal Tech may make available experimental, preview or beta features for testing purposes.
Beta features are provided "as available" and may contain bugs, errors, incomplete functionality or unexpected behaviour.
Participation in beta testing is voluntary. Users acknowledge that beta features may change significantly, become unavailable without notice or never be released as permanent functionality.
PawSignal Tech welcomes feedback regarding beta features but does not guarantee implementation of any suggestions or continued availability of experimental functionality.

31. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Atlas AI produces responses using artificial intelligence technology and may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
PawSignal Tech does not guarantee that missing pets will be located, reports will produce particular outcomes, community members will respond to requests, businesses or places listed within the Service will meet user expectations or that any specific result will be achieved through use of the platform.
Nothing contained within the Service constitutes veterinary advice, legal advice, medical advice, emergency assistance or any other regulated professional service.
Where warranties cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, they are limited only to the minimum extent permitted by law.

32. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawSignal Tech, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Service.
This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of data, device failure, reputational harm or any other commercial or economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if PawSignal Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PawSignal Tech does not guarantee that the Service will successfully locate missing pets, prevent harm, identify hazards, verify user reports, authenticate users or produce any specific outcome.
You acknowledge that community reports, comments, messages, recommendations, Guardian Network indicators and Atlas AI responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of accuracy, safety or completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawSignal Tech's aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount paid by you directly to PawSignal Tech for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) one hundred Euros (€100),
whichever amount is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PawSignal Tech, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers from and against any claims, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Service;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your infringement of the rights of any third party;
• your User Content;
• your negligent, fraudulent or intentional misconduct.
PawSignal Tech reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification. In such circumstances, you agree to cooperate fully in the defence of the matter.
This section survives the termination of your Account and these Terms.

34. Force Majeure
PawSignal Tech shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, failure or inability to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, labour disputes, internet failures, telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, widespread power failures, cloud infrastructure failures, failures of third-party service providers or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
Where reasonably practicable, PawSignal Tech will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as circumstances permit.

35. Changes to the Service
PawSignal Tech continually develops the Service in order to improve functionality, security, reliability and the overall user experience.
Accordingly, we reserve the right to introduce new features, remove existing functionality, redesign interfaces, modify technical specifications, update algorithms, change eligibility requirements, discontinue particular services or otherwise evolve the platform.
Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms obligates PawSignal Tech to maintain any specific feature, functionality or version of the Service indefinitely.

36. Changes to these Terms
PawSignal Tech may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, technological developments, business operations, platform functionality or user safety.
Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes become effective.
Updated versions of these Terms will be published within the Service together with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms, except where applicable law requires your express consent.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

40. No Waiver
Failure by PawSignal Tech to exercise or enforce any right, remedy or provision contained in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of PawSignal Tech.
A waiver of one breach shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.

41. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of PawSignal Tech.
PawSignal Tech may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, financing transaction or by operation of law, provided that such transfer does not reduce any mandatory legal rights available to users.
These Terms shall be binding upon and benefit the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.

By creating an Account or using the Service, you consent to receive communications from PawSignal Tech by electronic means where permitted by applicable law.
Such communications may include account notifications, security alerts, verification requests, service announcements, policy updates, feature releases, responses to support requests, legal notices and other information relating to your use of the Service.
Where required by applicable law, marketing communications will only be sent with your consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe functionality or your communication preferences.
You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

45. Survival

Termination of your access to the Service does not extinguish obligations that arose before termination.
