PawSignal works wherever there’s mobile coverage. If your phone has signal in the area, your tracker can report location too.

Is it waterproof?
Yes. Rated IP67 (rain, splashes, quick dips).

How accurate is the GPS?
In open outdoor areas, GPS accuracy can be within a few meters. Dense buildings/indoors may rely on assisted methods until GPS lock returns.

Will it fit my pet?
The tracker fits most standard collars/harnesses. If your collar is extremely thin or wide, use the included strap or an adapter.

How do Virtual Fences work?
Create a zone (home, park, etc.) in the app. You’ll get an alert when your pet leaves or enters that zone.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 27 days in optimized mode. Battery life varies with activity, signal quality, and tracking frequency.

Can I track multiple pets?
Yes—add each device to your account and switch between pets in the app.

What if there’s no mobile signal?
Live updates pause until the tracker regains coverage, then locations sync to your history.

Troubleshooting tips

  • If location seems off, move outdoors for a clear sky view and wait ~30–60 seconds for a fresh GPS fix.

  • Keep the app updated and Bluetooth/Location Services enabled on your phone.

  • If alerts are missing, check Notification permissions in your phone settings.

  • For low-battery performance, switch to an optimized tracking mode.
