4. Orders and Payments
All orders are processed in accordance with our payment policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our authorized payment providers.
By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on location.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or external factors beyond our control.
PawSignal Tech is not liable for delivery delays once orders have been handed over to the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items, such as opened devices, digital subscriptions, or Care+ renewals, are non-returnable.

7. Warranty and Care+ Coverage
All PawSignal devices include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Customers with an active PawSignal Care+ Plan receive additional benefits including:
