This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, obtaining refunds, and exercising warranty rights.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The item is returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
After 14 days from the date of delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product is covered by warranty.
Please note: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from pawsignaltech.com.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide return instructions.

Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or be refused.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
If you need an exchange, please contact info@pawsignaltech.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
5. Warranty and PawSignal Care+
All PawSignal devices include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Customers who purchased the PawSignal Care+ plan receive additional benefits, including:

Priority replacement service within 48 hours of approval

Annual device wellness check with complimentary battery service

Coverage for lost or stolen devices with expedited support
To submit a Care+ warranty claim, contact info@pawsignaltech.com with your device serial number and proof of purchase.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

If a returned product is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, a partial fee may be deducted from the refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used PawSignal devices not in resellable condition

Subscription plans or digital services (including app subscriptions and Care+ renewals)

Gift cards and promotional items

Customized or special-order products
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

9. International Orders
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused at delivery due to unpaid import charges, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
