1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union

  • The United Kingdom

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact support@pawsignaltech.com to confirm availability.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Cyprus & Greece: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 4–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or seasonal demand.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@pawsignaltech.com.
We will work with the courier to locate your package.

Lost shipments will be investigated, and replacements or refunds will be issued once confirmation from the courier is received.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
PawSignal Tech is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
